Orders are processed upon confirmation and shipped within the timelines outlined below:

• Within the UAE: Delivery is completed within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• International Shipping: Delivery is typically completed within up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

All deliveries are carried out by a shipping service provider selected by JOVIAL WATCHES CO LLC.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are covered by JOVIAL WATCHES CO LLC.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid upon delivery where applicable.
